About the house

A forwarder built around accountability rather than volume.

Qi Tian Logistics Limited began in 2009 as a two-desk customs brokerage in Kowloon, filing entries for manufacturers who were tired of chasing status updates. That origin still sets how we work: every file carries the name of the person answerable for it, and that person answers the phone.

Today we consolidate and move roughly 9,400 shipments a year across Asia–Europe, intra-Asia and Gulf lanes — full container, groupage, airfreight and bonded warehousing. We remain deliberately mid-sized so that exceptions get judgment rather than a ticket number.

How we work

Four stages, one coordinator, no gaps between them.

Stage 01

Rate and route

You send the commodity, volumes and required delivery date. We come back within one working day with two costed routings and the trade-off between them stated plainly.

Stage 02

Book and collect

Space is confirmed, collection is scheduled, and cargo is tallied and photographed at our origin floor. Your shipment reference is issued at this point.

Stage 03

Clear and load

Export declarations are filed, documents are checked against the letter of credit where one exists, and the unit is loaded and sealed.

Stage 04

Deliver and close

Import clearance, trucking and proof of delivery, followed by a closing file with all documents archived to your account for audit.
